Support for Teachers & Schools
Somatic tools to help students regulate, learn, and connect
Settle anxious nervous systems (theirs AND yours) and get learning back on track.
Every educator knows: learning can't happen when a child's nervous system is overwhelmed. And teaching becomes nearly impossible when your nervous system is overwhelmed, too.
Help students:
- Feel safe
- Regulate big emotions
- Grow and learn
- Connect with peers and adults
Support yourself to:
- Slow down
- Let go of tension
- Stand strong
- Take charge with confidence
What if your whole classroom could regulate for learning?
Imagine a classroom where students settle with ease, transitions flow, meltdowns soften, connection grows, and learning becomes possible again.
There is hope, and that hope is found in the body.
Why Somatic Movement Helps Kids Learn
The body senses, feels, and moves long before the brain can think or process. When attachment is interrupted, when needs go unmet, when trauma enters the story — the body knows.
As children grow, their bodies learn to compensate — sending inaccurate messages to the brain that get in the way of learning, behavior, and connection.
But the body–brain connection is malleable. When teachers can recognize and compassionately respond to the body imprint of early trauma, learning becomes possible.
